Xboxhas added a new lineup of games to its “Stream Your Own Game” program, includingBorderlands 2,Nier: Automata, and even the freshly releasedMindsEye. Part of Xbox Game Pass' Ultimate tier of benefits, the program allowsXboxfans to stream games that they own on the go using Xbox’s Cloud Gaming tech. It’s a solid option for gamers who’ve yet to get their hands on one of the new handheld devices that can run games natively.

Xbox isn’t done adding more Stream Your Own Game titles in June, as it has made another batch available. A smaller list of 15 games this time, this lineup is arguably harder-hitting and includes more timely games than the additions from earlier in the month. Headlining the list are games likeMindsEye, which was just released on June 10, the Xbox 360-era classicBorderlands 2,just in time forBorderlands 4later this year,Nier: Automata, andFinal Fantasy 16, which just made its way to Xbox gamers two weeks ago.

Xbox Adds 15 More ‘Stream Your Own Game’ Titles

This new lineup offers a small handful of multiplayer-centric titles as well, likeThe First Descendant,Valheim, andTurtle Rock Studios’Back 4 Blood. As an ongoingDestiny-like live service game,The First Descendantis an excellent choice for the Stream You Own Game program, as it often requires players to log in and complete daily challenges for rewards, which is perfect for on-the-go gamers. Survival sandbox gameValheimis also an excellent multiplayer addition to the program, butBack 4 Bloodis a more questionable choice. As an online first-person shooter,Back 4 Bloodrequires a bit more precise timing than most of the games on the list, and those who play via cloud may run into exacerbated latency issues.

It seems that Xbox is going to be constantly updating its Stream Your Own Game program with new titles as time goes on, which is unsurprising considering its huge “Play Anywhere” push. With tons of Xbox games making their way to PlayStation andXbox’s ROG Ally devicecoming later this year, it’s never been more clear that there are more ways to play Xbox games than ever before.
