WWE 2K25is officially out on the Switch 2, which is a first for the popular wrestling game franchise. Initial gameplay clips from the release trailer show detailed graphics when it comes to the design of the wrestlers and the arenas, and promise the same exciting action fromWWE 2K25’s console version. However, it’s missing something fans have come to expect from wrestling titles.

In the past, Switch ports of video games have gotten a bad rap for having subpar quality that doesn’t quite match up with their console counterparts. Now, this could be avoided with games likeWWE 2K25thanks to the Switch 2’s more advanced specs. While there were other concerns, likeWWE 2K25’s not having a physical cartridge, the game still offers an immersive wrestling experience and the opportunity to crossplay with other fans. However,WWE 2K25on the Switch 2 doesn’t let players use Cross-platform Community Creations, which could quickly bring down its momentum.
