As with every other Soulslike RPG,Wuchang: Fallen Feathersalso follows a similar healing system, where players can use theManna Vaseto heal themselves. These healing vases have charges that can be refreshed upon interacting with any Shrine and entering the dream.
As the story progresses, the bosses as well as the enemies in each area become much more challenging. To keep up with theincreasing difficulty, it’s necessary to not only upgrade your weapon but also increase the charges and potency of the Manna Vase. This guide offers information on the locations of all theForgotten RemembrancesinWuchang: Fallen Feathers.
All Forgotten Remembrances in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
There are 12 Forgotten Remembrances in the game, and some of these are missable after going past the point of no return near the end of the third region,Mt. Zhenwu. Thankfully, the upgrades do carry forward inNew Game Plus, so you only need to collect the ones you missed to maximize your Manna Vase.
Buddha Cliffs (Worship’s Rise)
From the Shrine,head down the ladder and go inside the cave. It is here that you are introduced toSpells in the gameand can use them if you haveSkyborn Might. Follow the main path, dealing with any enemies you come across. Soon, you will enter a small area where you have to fight the first boss in the game,Tang Palace Maid.
Once she is defeated, instead of going back up the path you came from,stay on the ground level to spot an exit right in front of you. Following this path leads you outside, where you’re able to find a large chest with the first Forgotten Remembrance inside.
Doomwillow Beach (Worship’s Rise)
Head far left from the Shrine, where you can find enemies ringing a bell to call more foes. Go past these enemies, andwhen you reach the blood river, head left and keep going straight until you approach the burning road. Head up the slope on the left, turn left, and head for the ladder up ahead. Once at the top, look to your right to spot aCorpse Treethat you can attack to drop down and create a makeshift bridge.
Here, you will find theRed-Clad Lady NPC, and after talking to her, head down the path.Turn left at the end to find a large chest along with two enemies hanging abovethat will drop on you as soon as you approach the chest for the upgrade, so be careful.
Cloudspire Outskirts (Cloudspire)
Turn around from the Shrine, head through the doorway up ahead, and turn right.You will find a house on your left with a ladder inside that goes up to the second spawning blockthat constantly spawns bloated enemies. To your left, you can spot a large tower—go towards it and climb the ladder. Now,you will have to climb up to the top of the tower, where you will find the third upgrade.
Cloudspire City (Cloudspire)
After opening the door behind the shrine, head through it and turn left after exiting the door on the far end. Keep going straight, and when you reach the ladder, climb up to find another ladder.Do not go up the second ladder; instead, go straight to drop down onto the path leading to the cave. Inside the cave, you will find two ways to go. Head left here to find a ladder that leads to the inside of a house.Head upstairs, drop down the ladder on your left, and drop down to the area on the right.
Head up the path until you come across an enemy playing the flute.You can ignore the enemies here and turn left into the house. Head upstairs, climb the ladder, and go all the way until you find an enemy holding a bag. After dealing with it, drop down onto the wooden platform and head into the house up ahead.Drop down and head further downstairs instead of dropping down onto the snowy path. You will find a wooden bridge leading to another house. Head all the way down to find an enemy standing next to the large chest.
Shaft Entrance (Cloudspire)
From the Shrine, head straight and turn right to spot thePendulum Hammers. There is a path straight ahead,but you can drop down to the wooden platform on the right. Keep following the planks; you will find someSpike Trapsthat you must go across, then drop down to the lower level.There will be a powerful enemy up ahead that you must deal with, and you can go up the slope on the left. Drop down to the treasure room up ahead to find the large chest.
You can also open the door to the right of the large chest to access a shortcut back to the Shaft Entrance shrine.
Avian Marsh (Mt. Zhenwu)
Before going for this upgrade, it is better to equip an armor set with highDespair resistanceand also bringMind Lotus Seedswith you. Turn around from the shrine and head up the ladder twice.Go up the path, avoiding the Falling Log, and keep going straight until you find yourself inside the cave. After defeating one of the summoner enemies,drop down and look to your left to spot a window where you’re able to drop downand go towards the chest next to the Despair enemy.
Zhenwu Antechamber (Mt. Zhenwu)
From the Shrine,follow the main path until you reach the main plaza, where several enemies are using the cannons, and some summoner enemies are up ahead.Turn left to find a building you can enter to find a fire dancer next to a ladder. Deal with it, climb the ladder, and follow the linear path until you find another fire dancer. Defeat this enemy to find the Forgotten Remembrance inside the chest in the same room.
Progress through the area until youaccess an elevator that goes down to a large room where you can pay your respects before the divine statue. Here, you can also open the door in front of the statue to go down the stairs and open the back door of the shrine, unlocking a shortcut.
Use the elevator to head up to the main temple and head right. You will find glowing lights leading the path to a yellowBenediction Gatesimilar to the one in Cloudspire. Head inside to find two Despair enemies and a large chest.
Shu Sanctum (Worship’s Rise in Ruins)
Head out of the Sanctum from the main entrance downstairs andhead right along the invisible path. Stay right and head inside the broken-down house to find the large chest.
Annalum Courtyard (Worship’s Rise in Ruins)
This upgrade is right next to the Shrine. However, there is a chance you might be missing this Shrine. To reach it, go up the path in Shu Sanctum, ignoring the enemy rolling the boulder.Head all the way up and go across the red tree bridge to find an invisible bridgethat leads to the Shrine.
Palace Entrance (Worship’s Rise in Ruins)
Head down into the Underground Palace, and instead of going right and down the ladder,head left to drop down and go up the small ramp. Drop down to the lower platform with the large chest.
Depths of the Capital (Bo Capital)
Turn around from the Shrine and head left to spot the large chest. Upon approaching the chest,a large feathered enemy will jump down on you. verify youuse your Tempering, as this fight can be very challenging. Deal with it and loot the chest to get the final upgrade for your Manna Vase and obtain theOverflowing Mannatrophy/achievement.
