World of Warcraftjust revealed the Herald of Sa’bak mount for modernWoWand Sa’bak’s Favored pet forClassic, which players can now get by purchasing recurring subscriptions of at least six months. Inspired by the Egyptian-esque cultures of Uldum, gamers who purchase theseWorld of Warcraftsubscription offers or who are already on one will get them at no additional charge no later than July 31.

In 2018,World of Warcraftbegan offering free in-game items to those who purchase recurring subscriptions of six or more months, usually in the form of mounts and pets that cycle out every January and July. Some of them, like theTimbered Sky Snake fromWoW’s six-month subscription offer in January, are inspired by the lunar Zodiac signs for each year, while the July set follows no particular theme.

Now, Blizzard has revealed its second and final six-monthWoWsubscription offer for 2025. The Herald of Sa’bak is a new Skyriding mount for modernWorld of Warcraftthat looks like a powerful, winged crocodile-like creature, while the Sa’bak’s Favored is a baby pet version of the mount forWoW Classic’s progression servers. Players who buy a 6- or 12-month recurring subscription offer can now get both of these items for free, though they can also be purchased individually for $25 and $10 respectively. The cash shop also has the matching Sa’bak’s Blessing pet for modernWoWand Envoy of Sa’bak flying mount forClassic, but these collectibles are not included in the subscription offer.

July 2025 Six-Month World of Warcraft Subscription Offer

Fans who are already on one of these subscription offers do not need to do much in order to earn these in-game items. Qualifying players should have the mount and pet gifted to them no later than July 31, though they have historically arrived much sooner than that.

Those who choose a12-month subscription toWorld of Warcraftwill earn a lot of other free items as well. This offer also includes the Timbered Sky Snake, Gigantic Grrloc, and Startouched Furline for modernWoW, and the Timbered Air Snakelet and Lava Drake forClassic, plus the new 6- and 12-month offers when they cycle over in January 2026 and October 2025 respectively.

The War WithinPatch 11.2, Ghosts of K’aresh, releases on August 5, andWorld of Warcraft’s panel at Gamescomon August 19 will include the official reveal of theMidnightexpansion, which should arrive early next year. Needless to say, players have plenty of reasons to consider picking up one of these bulk subscription deals right now.
