Persona 5 The Phantom X, like many gacha games, allows players to pull characters from several different banners. Called “Contracts” in this game, these allow players to bolster the ranks of the Phantom Thieves with an assortment of characters old and new, and also gain new Personas for Wonder to make use of.
Persona 5 The Phantom Xcurrently has two active banners (and also a temporary banner available to Newcomers), with one being a limited-time banner offering an exclusive character and increased rates for certain other characters, and the other being a standard banner that offers a wide range of characters (excluding the featured characters on the limited banners) and Personas.

What are the Current Character Banners in Persona 5 The Phantom X?
The Phantom Magician
One of the current Spotlight Banners is called “The Phantom Magician"and has Joker/Ren Amamiya as the featured 5-Star Phantom Idol.It also offers increased rates for the 4* Characters: Cattle/Luffel, Moko/Tomoko Noge, and Fleuret/Seiji Shiratori. Joker is probably one of the best damage dealers in the game right now, utilizing Will of Rebellion stacks generated by his attacks to amplify his damage, and sweeping the field with Curse Element attacks.
Cattle is a Fire-Element Medic you’ll already be familiar with, but getting extra copies of them can unlock Awareness levels and allow them to (for example) apply burn to a target at the start of battle and amplify their healing when targeting allies with the Starfire II buff.
Moko is a Psi-Element Strategist who specializes in raising allied attack damage and status accuracy, while applying sleep to foes and increasing the next instance of damage they take. Fleuret is a Wind-Element Assassin who can lower enemy defense and raise his own attack and speed, while unleashing flurries of multi-hit attacks and aiming for critical hits.
This Banner will run until July 23, 2025.
Angel’s Diagnosis
This Spotlight Banner has Marian/Minami Miyashita as the featured 5-Star Phantom Idol.It also offers increased rates for the 4* Characters: Soy/Shun Kano, Fleuret/Seiji Shiratori, and Leon/Leo Kamiyama. Marian is a fantastic Bless Element Medic Character, who can use her skills to heal and remove status ailments from her allies, all the while generating “Diagnosis” stacks that raise her maximum health. Diagnosis Stacks can be spent to empower her Compassionate Cure skill, increasing the max HP of her allies based on Marian’s max HP, for each stack spent.
Soy is an Ice Element Guardian with a focus on self-healing and drawing the enemy’s attention, who can also dish out a surprising amount of damage with his gun attacks due to the Hidden Ability “Daunting Firepower.” His Icy Defense allows him to raise the party’s maximum HP, heal the party by a small amount, and increase the probability of enemies attacking him. Fleuret, as noted above, is a Wind Element Assassin who emphasizes multi-hitting Wind Attacks and can raise his own attack and speed, all while lowering enemy defenses.
Finally, Leon is a Nuke Element Strategist who can spend 30% of an ally’s HP to give them a shield equal to 80% of the HP spent, plus a percentage of Leon’s attack. This also grants them a stack of his unique buff “Power of Friendship”, which increases that ally’s attack and also increases the Power of Leon’s Atomic Smash attack for every stack across the whole party. This combination of defense and offense makes him a perfect partner for Assassins like Ryuji, who can turn the HP cost into a benefit, or Ann, who thrives with the extra durability provided by Leon’s shield along with the attack buff.

This Spotlight Banner features Bui/Yui as the featured 5-Star Phantom Idol, while also offering increased rates for 4* Characters: Okyann/Kayo Tomiyama, Closer/Motoha Arai, and Key/Kiyoshi Kurotani. Bui is an Electric Element Assassin who excels at striking alongside allies, launching powerful Follow-Up attacks via her “Jolly Cooperation” Awareness Skill and “Sparky Surprise” buff. She performs particularly well once a target is Shocked. She can also raise the attack and critical rate of herself and her chosen “Player 2” when using Sparky Surprise on them, once she unlocks the hidden ability “Let’s Go Together.”
Okyann is a very useful Elucidator who specialises in buffing damage, ailment affliction, ailment accuracy, and attack power against enemies suffering from elemental ailments. When enough Beat Stacks build up on the party (gained by using her skills), she performs a follow-up that applies the “Pulsating Rhythm” buff, raising Attack, Defense, and Ailment Accuracy. This buff can stack multiple times if you’re able to gain Beat Stacks fast enough.
Closer is an Electric Element Sweeper who you’re likely familiar with already, but getting extra copies of her can provide extra hits on her Wrathful Thunder attack, decrease damage taken from Shocked Foes, and eventually increase the Electric Damage and Critical Electric Damage taken by shocked foes.

Standard Banner/Phantom X Idol Draft
The Phantom X Idol Draft serves as the game’s Standard Banner, offering a wide range of characters and remaining available at all times. This Banner offers an assortment of Phantom Thieves/Phantom Idols, along with some Personas, though it will never offer characters that are part of an Event Banner.
After 300 total pulls on this banner,players may select one of the following five characters as a guaranteed bonus:Mona/Morgana, Skull/Ryuji, Panther/Ann, Rin/Yaoling Li, and Riddle/Haruna.
What Are the Current Weapon Banners in Persona 5 The Phantom X?
Silent Pistol (Phoenix Dagger)
One of the Silent Pistol Banners offers increased odds for Joker’s 5* Weapon, Phoenix Dagger,along with two 5* Weapons of your choice from a list. This list contains 5* Weapons for every character available on the Standard Banner/Phantom Idol X Draft, so you can tailor them to suit your favourite characters. The Phoenix Dagger increases Attack, and gives Joker a buff to his Curse Damage whenever he gains a Will of Rebellion Stack. This Curse Buff can stack up to three times. Additionally, when Joker has 3 or more Will of Rebellion Stacks, this weapon will further increase the damage of his next attack.
This Banner will run until July 23rd, 2025.
Silent Pistol (Angel Heart)
This Silent Pistol Banner offers increased odds for Miriam’s 5* Weapon, Angel Heart, along with two 5* Weapons of your choice from a list. The list contains 5* Weapons for every character available on the Standard Banner/Phantom Idol X Draft. Angel Heart increases Miriam’s Max HP, and increases the potency of her healing when she has at least 1 Diagnosis Stack.When spending Diagnosis, it applies a damage buff to the entire party.
This banner will run until July 23rd, 2025.
Silent Pistol (Cyber Jammers)
This Silent Pistol Banner offers increased odds for Bui’s 5* Weapon, Cyber Jammers, along with two 5* Weapons of your choice from a list. This list contains 5* Weapons for every character available on the Standard Banner/Phantom Idol X Draft.The Cyber Jammers raise the Critical Rate and Follow-Up Damage dealt by Bui,and increase the damage even more if the Follow-Up Attack is triggered by a party member with the Player 2 Buff, or a party member dealing electric damage with a skill.
What are the Next Banners in Persona 5 The Phantom X?
The next banner on the schedule is Fox/Yusuke Kitagawa, who will be joining the roster as an Ice Element Sweeper. While an official release time has not yet been shared, rumors from reliable sources suggest his banner will begin on the 24th of July, 2025.
