Now, to celebrate the update, Owlcat Games is giving players a handful of useful in-game items inspired by the new content as Twitch Drops that will help them navigate thegrimdark world ofWarhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader. After linking both accounts via their in-game quarters, fans can watch an hour of anyRogue Traderchannel on Twitch to earn the Vox-Whistle, Arbites Handcuffs, and Welded Gloves for free. These items provide buffs to the mechanical familiars of an Overseer, restrain foes to prevent them from attacking, and improve equipped shields respectively.

It is important to note thatRogue TraderTwitch Drops are currently only available for PC players. However, fans don’t need to ownLex Imperialisin order to collect and use these items, though the Vox-Whistle specifically interacts with the Overseer archetype’s familiars, making it less useful without the DLC. Either way, PC players can pick up these items – and any previous or future Twitch Drops – from their quarters on every playthrough, with a new set available if they play again to experience the Dogmatic, Iconoclast, orHeretic routes inWarhammer 40K: Rogue Trader.
