Enchanted by Nature,The Sims 4’s upcoming fairy-themed expansion pack is nearly here, but gamers still have to wait some time before they can get their hands on it. To get fans excited for what’s to come,The Sims 4is hosting a celebratory event filled with fun quests to complete and free, exclusive items to collect.
This guide walks players through the first two sets of Weekly Quests in theNature’s Calling event inThe Sims 4. If there is any doubt that gamers may have while trying to complete the quest, this guide has it all covered.
How to Complete Whispers on the Wind Quests
The Whispers on the Wind Quests are the first set of quests that gamers will have to complete for the Nature’s Calling event inThe Sims 4. Here is how to get through them:
Have a Sim Spend Time Outdoors
When this quest is active, any household Sim that goes outdoors will receive a neutral Spend Time Outdoors moodlet that lasts one hour. Once the hour is up, the quest will be completed and the Sim can go back inside.
Visit Any Park
Mostworlds inThe Sims 4have a park. Players will have to visit any of the parks in the game to complete this quest. They can check if the lot is considered a park or not by looking at the icon above it;parks have tree icons.
Go Fishing in a Pond
While at the park, players will have to head to the closest pond with a fishing sign, as this indicates it’s possible to fish there. They can select any of the options to start fishing.
Purchase a Romantic Blanket on a Home Lot (Bonus)
Gamers who own the Lovestruck expansion pack can complete two bonus quests this week, allowing them to earn event points faster. Firstly, they must enter Build Mode on a Home Lot andpurchase a Romantic Blanket, which can be found in the outdoor activities tab.
Set Up a Picnic on a Romantic Blanket (Bonus)
Once players have placed the Romantic Blanket, they must return to Live Mode and interact with it. They must select the Set Up Picnic option to complete this second and last bonus quest.
Listen to the Wind on a Park Bench
To truly connect themselves with the wild, players will have to interact with a Park Bench - they will find several at any park - and select the Listen to the Wind option. A few in-game minutes later, they will figure out that there is a spirit caught in the wind, and they are seeking to regain their true form, bringing them to the next set of quests.
How to Complete Attuned to the Echoes Quests
Players will have to find their creative side to complete Attuned to the Echoes Quests.
Ask One Sim If They Hear the Whisper Too
Gamers should find out if they’re the only ones who heard the sound in the wind or not, and in order to do so, they must interact with anyone and select the Ask about the Whispers dialogue option.
Go for a Jog
To go jogging inThe Sims 4, the player must select the Sim that they’re currently controling and choose the Go Jogging option.
Pregnant Sims cannot jog.
Buy the Reclaimed Woodworking Table on a Home Lot
The Reclaimed Woodworking Table is added to players' Build and Buy mode if the first time that they log intoThe Sims 4during the Nature’s Calling event. For this quest, they will have to purchase it and place it on their Home Lot.
Craft Two Woodworking Sculptures
Once gamers have acquired the woodworking table, they will have to select it and craft two sculptures.
Cloudgaze or Stargaze
Players can cloudgaze or stargaze anywhere inThe Sims 4. Cloudgazing is available during the day while stargazing is only an option at night. Either way, gamers can do it by selecting their Sim while they’re outside and clicking on cloudgaze or stargaze.
Rewards For Completing the Week 1 Nature’s Calling Quests
Any player that logs intoThe Sims 4while the Nature’s Calling event is live will receive the Reclaimed Woodworking Table. This beautiful wooden, woodworking table looks great in any home, so it’ll be a great incentive for players to give this hobby a try.
Players can unlock more free items by completing Nature’s Calling Quests and earning event points. Here are the rewards that gamers can obtain by completing Week 1 Quests:
