Where to Find the Treefish in The Sims 4

Treefish Location

The Treefish is catchable in the ponds in Willow Creek. However, players significantly increase their chances of finding it if they head to Sylvan Glade, theWillow Creek hidden lot inThe Sims 4, and fish in its pond.

In the base game, players cantravel to Sylvan Glade inThe Sims 4by interacting with the large tree in the Foundry Cove neighborhood several times. Players who own Enchanted by Nature can get there byusing Fairy Dust to teleport via the Starseed Teleporter- these teleporters allow Sims to easily access hidden worlds.

How to Catch a Treefish in The Sims 4

Players need at least Fishing Skill Level 2 to catch the Treefish inThe Sims 4. If they haven’t learned the Fishing Skill yet, they should be able to level up fairly quickly by testing out the waters at the fishing spots in Sylvan Glade.Once they reach Fishing Skill Level 2, any of their catches at Sylvan Glade can be a Treefish.

Bringing a less skilled Sim to attempt to catch a Treefish is actually better than a master angler. Since Treefish can be caught as early as Level 2, low-skilled Sims won’t be able to catch the rarer fish in the pond, increasing their chances of finding a Treefish right away.
