The Precincthas already proven to be a big hit with players, but now Fallen Tree Games has given fans even more reason to patrol the streets of Averno City with the game’s first major content update. The patch will be available to download later this week on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, with two significant new features for players to check out: solo mode and new customization options. The Precinct Update Adds New Solo Mode

As seen in the new update trailer above, players will be able to takeThe Precinct’s cop adventuresto a whole other level with the game’s new solo mode. Now, when beginning a new patrol, players have the option to hit the streets on their own and turn off their partner. How this will affect the overall flow of gameplay remains to be seen, but it will likely be a whole lot more challenging tackling all of the crime on the streets of Averno without Kelly by your side, so it’s best to think wisely before heading out alone.

There are also some brand-new customization options for players to check out forThe Precinct’s wide array of squad carsand protagonist, Officer Nick Cordell Jr. All six squad cars now feature five slick new livery options, while Cordell Jr. also gets a stylish upgrade with a range of customization options. Players can now choose from ten different outfits, eight hats, and four types of glasses to create a look that suits their own policing persona.
