Best Sylveon ex Deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket, Explained
Sylveon ex is a decent core card to include in deck builds. With 140 HP, the Fairy Wind attack deals 70 damage per turn when 2 Energy is equipped, and the Happy Ribbon ability allows you to draw cards when using Sylveon ex to evolve Eevee.

Lastly, Giant Cape helps provide Giratina ex with more substantial HP in the late game, which is important due to the Pokemon’s self-damage mechanic.
