Of the many societies, groups, and cults that make up the world ofLOTM, one of the most prominent was shown in Episode 1, that is, the Tarot club, which was established by the protagonist, Klein Moretti. It is filled with very strong members, many of whom will be introduced as the series continues.

Alger Wilson is one of two members of The Tarot Club that watchers of the anime meet in the first episode. He is codenamed “The Hanged Man” and initially acts as something of a spy for theChurchof the Lord of Storms. He is a loyal and reliable ally to Moretti, and his steady growth as a character and Beyonder are impressive.
Alger is shrewd and calculating, but it is also shown that he is kind and helpful, and also fiercely loyal to Moretti. While his strengths lie more in intelligence gathering, he has also been a true asset on the battlefield on a couple of occasions. His scheming and effective maneuvering are perhaps his greatest contribution to the Tarot Club.

Emlyn White is a Sanguine (something of avampire) who joined the Tarot Club after praying to The Fool. He walks the Moon pathway and is currently on Sequence 4. Emlyn is a strong and proud character who could sometimes rub people the wrong way, but he is an interesting personality.
With his abilities in getting some pretty impressive kills and his interactions with Klein, Emlyn is something of a fan favorite. He was also responsible for averting a major disaster during the Blood Moon riot. Starting as a Sequence 9 and rising all the way to Sequence 4 while never giving in to the madness is also a pretty remarkable feat for the beautiful former doctor.

Derrick Berg is the youngest member of the Tarot Club. He initially starts life in the City of Silver, which resides in the Forsaken Land of the Gods. He dreamed of bringing his people out of darkness, and for this reason, he walks the path of the Sun.
He joins the Tarot Club and is able to eventually become a liberator of his people, which came through countless brutal battles that he was able to win. Derrick has one of the mosttragic backstoriesinLOTM, and having to deal with monsters of Lovecraftian proportions and still surviving makes him one of the most inspiring characters in the story.
Audrey Hall, who goes by the codename Justice, is one of the earliest members of the Tarot Club, having joined along with Alger. She is a noblewoman who walks the Visionary pathway and uses her position to manipulate corrupt nobles and act as a valuable asset for the Tarot Club.
Audrey’s abilities are impressive as she can read minds, manipulate dreams, and break people mentally. Despite her incredible power, she is also displayed as a compassionate individual who doesn’t lose this even while ascending to a level of godhood.

Cattleya is one of the more controversial characters from theLord Of Mysteriesstory and is one of the more skeptical members of the team. Initially, she is a character marred by adark past, and she even goes against the Tarot Club, but she is typically seen as one of The Fool’s most trusted generals.
Cattleya is immensely powerful and has reached Sequence Level 2 on the path of The Hermit. This means that she generally keeps away from people, and she is deeply introspective. However, her ability to handle arcane rituals is unmatched. While many consider her difficult, she is simply a developing character who can sometimes be quite relatable.

Fors Walls is such a fascinating character who starts life as a regular person who becomes a Beyonder through curiosity and interest. She became a member of theTarot Cluband is considered one of the most powerful members due to her ability with spatial manipulation.
Fors’ resilience is one of her strongest and most striking points. She was able to become a Beyonder simply by studying, and her meteoric rise was remarkable. Her combat strength might not be the greatest, but she makes up for this with the sheer scope of her powers. Without her, the Tarot Club would not have been able to deal with a lot of circumstances.
The main protagonist of theLord Of Mysteries, Klein slowly rises through the ranks to become themost powerful individual. He was the convener of the Tarot Club and dealt in the affairs of the world of Beyonders with deftness. He also joined the Nighthawks at the beginning of the story, which is something seen in the anime.
Klein’s abilities are numerous, and some are beyond belief. Of his victories, few come close to his defeat of Amon, a dangerous demon who no one had been able to deal with so far. He was able to create the Tarot Club, which was one of the most influential organizations in the entire story. As the anime unfolds, fans can be sure to be more impressed by this incredible protagonist.
