National Level Hunters are unlike any other huntersin the world. Even S-rankers come nowhere close to them in power as their special skills can overwhelm almost anyone. These hunters have defeated one of the strongest dungeon bosses of all time and understand what it takes to even clear an S-rank Gate of the highest difficulty.
While the National Level Hunters tend to have their own fighting styles and special skills, there are some powers that all of them strangely have in common. One of them isthe Spiritual Body Manifestationwhich allows these hunters to manifest their true spiritual form in a powerful process that unleashes frightening levels of mana. It significantly increases their power levels which can be used to enhance other capabilities that they already possess dramatically.
Another powerful skill that all National Level Hunters are gifted with is called the Ruler’s Authority, also known as, Capture. Irrespective of the circumstances that push them to fight each other, Solo Leveling season 3 is all set to reveal if Jinwoo has surpassed National Level Hunters.
