Atshushi Kaneko Says He Can’t Confirm Season 3 In Front of the Media
Solo Leveling fans are always looking for more updatesconcerning Season 3, and for now, the confirmation of the next season isn’t there.
However, yesterday, one of the producers ofSolo Leveling, Atshushi Kaneko, as well as the action director Yoshihiro Kanno were answering quite a few interesting questions. They had an interview on Anime Effect, which was posted by Crunchyroll. Anime Effect is a weekly podcast, for those who have never seen it before.
During this podcast episode, many questions were asked, and one even had to do with Sung Jinwoo’s next chapter. In other words,it concerned Solo Leveling season 3.
Kaneko revealed that he can’t confirm or deny Solo Leveling Season 3, but one thing he did say was that if everyone’s support is given, the next season will definitely be a reality as he compares it to Goku’s Spirit Bomb technique, which he has referenced before in previous interviews.

Q: For Kaneko-San, is there any message that you would like to share with the Solo Leveling fans at home and around the world who are waiting for some Jinwoo news next chapter?
Atshushi Kaneko: My position doesn’t allow me to officially confirm Season 3 in front of the media. We need everyone’s support for the next season. However, when we were in the U.S. this past April, we got the opportunity to visit with the all-prestigious television media at the Solo Leveling Emmys FYC event. Despite being the animation producer for Solo Leveling, I instead talked about Dragon Ball there. My favorite technique by Son Goku is the Spirit Bomb. Spirit Bomb, the technique that combines everyone’s power to defeat the enemy. So, for the next season of Solo Leveling to come to fruition, we need everyone’s power and support for the series across the world.
When Will Season 3 of Solo Leveling Come Out?

Kaneko’s answer still doesn’t really tell fans when the next season will come out, and for now, nobody really knowswhen Solo Leveling Season 3 will be released.
The new season could drop anytime between 2026 and 2028, which is not a specific time frame.
Solo Levelingis a series with quite good animation, so it might take a hit, quality-wise,if it comes out in 2026. But, fans could also lose interest if it comes out in 2028. Fans will just have to wait and see what the studio decides to do with this insanely popular series.
