Should You Give the Data Diver to the Dispatcher in FNAF: Secret of the Mimic?

The first choice players can make is tocomply with the Dispatcher and hand over the Data Diverwith the Mimic Schematics. As this was the goal from the beginning, it only feels like the right thing to do. After placing the Data Diver into the inventory tube, it will be sent into the system, and Arnold will be free to leave the facility.

While Arnold is driving away, hereceives a call from the “real” Dispatcher, who claims that he didn’t complete the objective. Although Arnold explains how he followed every direction and retrieved the schematics, it’ll all be in vain as the dispatcher will threaten to sue him. If players are hesitant to give away the Mimic schematics to the shady company, they can simply access the Helper terminal in the storage office and activate the Parachute.exe program. This willopen up a secret vent inside the officethat Arnold can climb into and escape the office area. After initiating the goodbye protocol, the facility will start to crumble, but the Mimic is not done with Arnold yet.

This choice willlead players to an iconicFNAFlocation, andEdwin’s house, with some lore revealsthat should not be missed. Eventually, this ending will be much more definitive, charting the course for the next entry in the series.
