To BS boneless the pier sign, players will need to travel towards the aquarium, where at the very back and left of the map is a blue ramp with a sign that reads: The Pier Dine, Shop, Explore. Gain speed and jump up this ramp, and as you reach the top of the sign, hit Left on the D-Pad and Y/Triangle to perform a BS Boneless, and then hit X/A to drop down and land the trick for the goal to pop.

To manual the overhead walkway, head left from the spawn to reach the aquarium, where players will want to take the ramp upwards until they are facing the walkway that leads back to the spawn area. Players must perform a manual (Up/Down + Triangle/Y) from the starting cones to the ending cones.
How to Save Painter Neal!!!
Players can find Painter Neal between Pier 16 and Pier 14, hanging from a ledge at the end of the harbor. To save him, head opposite Neal to find a stone globe which players can grind across to break the grind rail, and then they can use a wall jump on the back of the globe to push it towards Neal, starting a cutscene that will thenpop this goal.
How to Get the Secret Tape in San Francisco
The Secret Tape in San Fransciso can be found by heading up the lengthy ramp of the Boardwalk View Hotel just next to the fountain monument. From up the ramp, head left and take the concrete ramp up to another floor, where players can jump onto the bronze roof and then jump across to grind along the path for the Secret Tape.

Iron Galaxy Badge and Hidden Deck Locations in San Francisco
For the Iron Galaxy badge, immediately turn around from spawn and grind up the railing leading up the stairs to crash through the door, where the Iron Galaxy is sitting inside and waiting.
From the spawn area, head to the left and jump up the ramp that leads to the fountain monument, where, with enough height, players will reach the top of the monument and will be able to grind over it to get the Hidden Deck.
