A recent leak in theGenshin Impactcommunity has potentially revealed the roadmap for select 5-Star characters in Nod-Krai, detailing their elements, gender, and release date. While much of Nod-Krai remains a mystery,Genshin Impacthas started to tease the new region heavily ever since the Song of the Welkin Moon. This special web event revealed the major factions of Nod-Krai and hinted at the main plot of its Archon Quest.
Version 5.8 is set to take this to another level, as players will meet Ineffa, the first playable character from Nod-Krai. As a 5-Star Electro Polearm,Ineffa inGenshin Impactis intended to introduce Lunar Electro-Charged, a new Elemental Reaction that takes Electro-Charged teams to new heights. While theorycrafters are already excited about her ability kit from the beta, it could be argued that her potential will only be fully realized in Version 6.0.
According to Hiragara, the first half ofNod-Krai inGenshin Impactwill be stacked with interesting 5-Stars, as revealed in a roadmap shared with the rest of the community. The list notably features Durin as a Pyro character, Varka as an Anemo user, and Columbina shown to wield Hydro. While it’s important to take these types of leaks with a grain of salt, the roadmap also features the rumored 5-Star Electro Male from Version 6.0, as well as a 5-Star Geo Female in the same patch.
Hexenzirkel
Version 6.7
This Geo and Electro pair appear to be present across mostGenshin Impactsources, which certainly adds credibility to the leak. However, the most reliable source for Nod-Krai has turned out to be Shiroha, whose roadmap lists Durin as an Anemo character. As such, it may be wise forGenshin Impactplayers to temper their expectations and restrict them to just the upcoming characters from Version 6.0. An important thing to also keep in mind is that the Electro Male 5-Star is likely intended to have synergy with Ineffa. This trend of releasing a hypercarry and their best support has previously been observed in Mavuika and Citlali, Emilie and Kinich, as well asEscoffier and Skirk inGenshin Impact.
As for other claims in the leak, it once again implies thatGenshin Impactfans will receive their first playable Hexenzirkel witch in Nod-Krai, with Nicole becoming playable in Version 6.7. Moreover, the Lantern Rite for 2026 will seemingly introduce the White Horse Adeptus from Moonlit Bamboo Forest as a 5-Star Anemo character – with both claims aligning with that of Shiroha’s leak. The chart promises to add three 5-Starmale characters toGenshin Impact, a critique that was often given by players during the Natlan era. Assuming the roadmap turns out to be true, HoYoverse may be doing a course-correction in Nod-Krai. Version 6.0 is expected to launch on June 10, 2025.
