Eevee ex is the first Basic ex Pokemon with the ability to evolve. Eevee Bag, meanwhile, is the first Item Card to feature two effects in one. Both introduce series-first mechanics that have excited some fans. What sets Eevee ex apart is its ability to evolve into a non-ex card, which is an unprecedented move. Eevee Bag’s dual-effect text adds a layer of strategy, letting players choose between an ATK boost or a healing effect based on the situation.
Eevee Grove’s Series-First Cards Could Impact the Meta

The pairing effectively doubles the chances of drawing required Basic Pokemon. In other words, they allow around 20% of the deck to consist of Eevee evolution starters. As a result, the odds of getting an early Stage One Pokemon are significantly improved.
Eevee Bag is poised to become one of the most common tech cards. Its primary effect is a Giovanni-style buff, adding +10 damage to an Eevee-evolved Pokemon’s attack. Its secondary effect offers utility by healing 20 damage from the same type of Pokemon. Since Eevee Bag is one ofPokemon TCG Pocket’s Item Cards, it can be paired with Potions for a combined recovery of up to 80 damage or with Red for a +30 ATK buff.
