Palworldcontinues to release new updates for the game as it continues development, bringing additions such as new islands to explore with new Pals, new items, weapons, and facilities, new features, and most recently, the first crossover collaboration. The Tides of Terraria Palworld update brings several new things for players to enjoy, such as new locations, a Terraria dungeon, new items, and new Pals to discover.
One of the manynew Pal additions in this updateis Finsider, an adorable little yellow Pal. Players seeking to complete their Paldex, or who may need this Pal for facilities around their base, will need to know how to find and capture it in their playthrough. Where to Find & Catch Finsider in Palworld
InPalworld, Finsider is available for players to capture both during the daytime and nighttime, meaning they won’t be restricted by the time of day when it comes to their hunt. Additionally, Finsider is found in the same locations no matter the time of day, so players have a good idea of which locations to search at all times.
As indicated on the map screenshot above, Finsider’s habitat is mostly around the coastal areas of islands, particularly at the top section of the world map. However, if for whatever reason you need a way to very quickly find and capture Finsider, there is one location where multiple tend to spawn in at a very low level, around the 4-8 mark.
This location is none other than Sunlit Isle, one of the new islands added in the Tides of Terraria update. This isle is located just east of the Plateau of Beginnings, the default starting area in a new game.
When it comes to finding Finsider in this location, you can find multiple of them hanging out on the sand near the ocean, or near the small pond with the lily pads within the island. There also tend to be multiple of them hanging out on the stairs that emerge from the water on the small sub-island, as seen in the video below.
If you encounter these Finsiders, you can easily catch as many of them as you need with a 100% catch rate with the use of moderate tohigh-level Pal Spheres. However, they can also be caught with regular basic Pal Spheres, of course, if you are trying to save your equipment.
