Palworld’s eagerly-awaitedTides of Terraria (vo.6.0) updatebrings a plethora of additional island types to explore, with Tropical, Shipwreck, and Iceberg Islands bringing new locations, island types, and Pals to the game. Altogether, there are seven Tides of Terraria islands to discover acrossPalworld’s expansive map, including the Sealed Realm of Terraria themed around the beloved IP.

This guide also details where to find each island’s fast travel coordinates, along with some of the nearest fast travel locations for a smoother journey.
All Tides of Terraria Island Locations in Palworld

To get to the above islands, you’ll need to travel to nearbyfast travel points on the mapand use a water or flying Pal to reach them. Once you’ve activated each island’s fast travel point, you can then travel between them with ease. You can find all sevenTides of Terraria island locationsacrossPalworld’s map as follows:
Where to Find the Sealed Realm of Terraria
TheSealed Realm of Terrariais located onthe Tropical island southeast of Fisherman’s Point, to the southwest of the Palpagos Islands. Specifically, you can find the Sealed Realm of Terraria fast-travel statue atcoordinates -422, -796on the map. The quickest way is to travel to Fisherman’s Point, located southwest of the map. You can then use either a water Pal, such as Surfent, ora flying mount, like Nitewing,to cross the sea to the island.
Once there, you’re able to find theTerraria dungeon entranceat the top of the steps near the large statue close by.
Where to Find Frostbitten Isle
Next up isFrostbitten Isle, which you can find on the Iceberg islandsoutheast of the Sealed Realm of Terraria. You can find the Frostbitten Isle fast-travel location north of the island. To get there, you can either travel directly from the Sealed Realm of Terraria fast travel point or the Sealed Realm of Terraria or Seabreeze Archipelago - Castaway Beach fast-travel statue on the southern coast opposite. You can find the Frostbitten Isle fast travel statue atcoordinates -80, -946on the map.
Frostbitten Isle is also the place to find anIce-elemental Pal called Frostplume, which you can use in battle and for cooling tasks.
Where to Find Sunlit Isle
To find theSunlit IsleinPalworld, head east to the Tropical Islandsouth of the Marsh Island Eagle statueandeast of the Plateau of Beginnings. you may find the Sunlit Isle fast travel statue atcoordinates 386, -461on the map.
Where to Find Oasis Isle
To get toOasis Isle, you’ll need to traveleast of the desert biome to the northeast of the map, with one of the nearest fast travel locations being the PIDF Tower Entrance. However, make sure you’re equipped withheat-protection armor to survive the desert heat. You can find the Oasis Isle fast travel west of the island atcoordinates 885, 195.
Where to Find Isle of Decayed Treasures
TheIsle of Decayed Treasuresis a Shipwreck Island that you can exploresoutheast of the Eastern Wild Islandfast travel statue. From there, you’ll need to travel southeast using a water Pal or flying Pal to reach the island. Specifically, you can find the Isle of Decayed Treasures fast travel statue atcoordinates 610, -162.
Where to Find Isle of the Glacial Core
TheIsle of Glacial Coreis an Iceberg Islandbetween the frost and desert biomes north of the map, with the nearest fast-travel points being the Duneshelterand the Pal Genetic Research Unit Tower Entrance. While you’ll need heat protection to navigate past the desert, you’ll also likely need to equip armor and other accessories tosurvive the cold and stay warm, such as wearing a Thermal Undershirt, a minimum of level 2 Pelt Armor, and carrying a torch. You can find the Isle of Glacial Core fast travel location atcoordinates 140, 637onPalworld’s map.
Where to Find Phantom Isle
Lastly, Phantom Isle is another Shipwreck Island type located justnorthwest of theRuined City fast travel point,west of the map. you may find the Phantom Isle fast travel statue atcoordinates -886, -186onPalworld’s map.
That’s all the Tides of Terraria island locations inPalworld, which even early-mid-game players can still reach, provided they have the correct armor, mounts, and accessories to travel to cold and hot biomes across the map. However, it’s important to note that the Sealed Realm of Terraria is a level 45 dungeon, so it’s best to be prepared before venturing inside.
