Overwatch 2 Season 17’s Powered Up! Event, Explained
Overwatch 2’sin-game Powered Up!event will run from June 24 to Jul 03, 2025. During this time, you will be able to complete a small collection of challenges to earnEpic Loot Box rewards. This is definitely an opportunity that you don’t want to miss, as the goodies available inside Epic Loot Boxes guarantee an item of at least Epic rarity. This gives you a chance togain some rare skins, even those that have previously only been obtainable via a purchase from the OW2 shop.
To complete these challenges, you will simply need to play the game by completing matches of any main game mode. However, if you wish to sweep these challenges in as little time as possible, thenplaying Stadium matches is your best betsince Stadium games will grantdouble progress.
This means that even if you lose a Stadium game, you will still gain double progress regardless, making it a good way to grab these Loot Boxes in as little time as possible. Additionally, it is possible that you may be able to gain even more progress from Stadium wins for even quicker rewards, due to both Stadium games and wins having multipliers — but this has not been confirmed.
