After completingOrder No. 3and connectingVilla Madre to the Chiral Network, players receive the PCC as a reward and will be able to speak withLa Madre, who gives them their next order involving the recovery of chiral density gauges stolen by bandits.
The order requires Sam to climb a steep hill, where there have been sightings of mysterious spider-like creatures in the area. This guide offers a step-by-step walkthrough forcompleting Order No. 4and reaching the C1 South Distribution Centre inDeath Stranding 2.
Order 4 Walkthrough in Death Stranding 2
After accepting the order,your first order of business is to plan a routethat is both fast and has low threat levels. It is recommended not to go straight and toavoid the spider route at all costs. Instead, you can place a marker to the left of the hill andgo around to reach the location where you have to build a watchtower. You will receive aPCC Lv. 1, which you will need to build the watchtower, so make sure to add it toyour backpack.
You will also get an Aid Request from La Madre, which rewards you with the CustomElectric Pod, a melee weapon capable of one-shotting the bandits.
Once you are ready, head toward the marker you placed to get closer to the side of the hill. Soon, you will be able to enter the forest. Keep going deeper into the forest and up the hill until you reach the watchtower spot.Take out your PCC by holding the right D-pad, which opens the Weapons/Tool wheel. Select the watchtower and be ready to wait a few seconds for the construction to complete.
Building the Watchtower in Death Stranding 2
Once the watchtower is up and running,interact with it and scan the entire area to locate where the enemies are patrollingand what they have on them. Head down into the area, taking a stealth approach by pressingR1to crouch. You can take out your ranged weapon and shoot the enemies,but it is better not to alert all of them, as this could make the fight more difficult, especially with the bandits throwing Electric Pods constantly.
If you approach the bandits quietly, you can bind them using your Strand toperform a stealth knockout. Grab theChiral Density Gaugefrom the first tent and make your way across the river, using L1 to analyze the shallow side. On the other side, you’ll encounter more enemies and find the second Chiral Density Gauge.
There are also two MULE Postboxes in the enemy base that you can hackand loot for resources, provided you have room in your inventory. With both Chiral Density Gauges in your possession, you can now follow the path to theC1 South Distribution Centrewithout worrying about more enemies along the way. Inside the centre, you can talk toBenjamin Riverato deliver the cargo and bring the centre into the Chiral Network.
