With the final saga ofOne Piecebeing well underway, fans know very well that the biggest of threats will finally make an appearance inOne Piece, and to counter these threats,Haki will be an essential toolfor the likes of the Straw Hat Pirates and their allies.
This is more true now than ever before because Oda has finally introduced the Holy Knights, and brought into the fold the Five Elders and Imu. These are monstrously powerful individuals, and their abilities are far beyond anything that fans have seen in One Piece so far. The strongest Haki, that is, Conqueror’s Haki, will be required to take them out, and the Straw Hats need as many conquerors as possible. While Luffy and Zoro already have it, Sanji is now set to join them.
Gaban Confirms Conqueror’s Haki Can Beat Holy Knights And Imu
One Piecechapter 1152 was absolutely significant when it comes to the powers and the weaknesses of the Holy Knights. Oda made it quite clear in Egghead thatthe Five Elders were immortaland could regenerate without issues. Then, in Elbaf, Oda also went on to reveal that the Holy Knights held this immortality as well, and of course, Imu does too. The Straw Hats didn’t have an answer for this, but Scopper Gaban, the left-hand of the Pirate King, finally reveals the secret to beating the immortals of the One Piece world.
Straw Hat Luffy, pay attention to how you use Conqueror’s Haki! — Gaban
According to Scopper Gaban, the best way to counter the immortality and the power of the Holy Knights is to use Conqueror’s Haki. However, even infusing Conqueror’s Haki like usual isn’t enough to beat the Holy Knights. It needs to be taken to a new level, which Luffy hasn’t even achieved yet.
Oda Confirms More Than Just One Straw Hat Has Conqueror’s Haki
Zoro Has Conqueror’s Haki As Well
InOne Piecechapter 1152,Gaban confirmed a very big factand that is more than one Straw Hat gas Conqueror’s Haki. Of course, Luffy has it, but so does Zoro. Shockingly enough, Zoro himself wasn’t aware of the fact that he held Conqueror’s Haki. But now that he knows, he’ll be much stronger after he trains and gains control over it.
More than one person in your crew can use Conqueror’s Haki! — Gaban
Interestingly enough, Gaban confirmed that morethan one Straw Hathas this Haki, not that two do. He also looked at Zoro and Sanji when he said this. He confirmed Zoro’s body has grown used to using it, but said nothing about Sanji. In other words, Sanji’s Conqueror’s Haki hasn’t awakened yet, which means that he will have to work harder to bring it out.
Sanji Is Confirmed To Get Conqueror’s Haki
The Straw Hats have to fight against the Holy Knights, the demonic Giants, and also Imu. Taking on so many enemies with just Luffy and Zoro having Conqueror’s Haki is impossible, especially when taking into consideration the fact that the Straw Hats will confront the likes of the Holy Knights and the Five Elders later down the line too. Sanji has no way of injuring them without Conqueror’s Haki, and the setup is clear. Fans should fully expect Sanjito gain this power in Elbaf.
