Elbaf, in particular, looks like it’s dead set to expand upon Rocks D. Xebec and his story, as evident from One Piece chapter 1154. Oda has finally revealed a lot of information about Rocks D. Xebec, but more than that, he’s also revealed a pirate even stronger than him, hard as that may be for some to believe.
Rocks D. Xebec Was A Monster In Combat
Rocks D. Xebec is revealed in the storyto be an absolute monster, and this is quite clear from how Oda has portrayed him so far. Upon his introduction, fans knew very well that Rocks D. Xebec was stronger than even the Yonko of the One Piece world. This was clear from the fact that Rocks’s ambition went beyond even being the Pirate King, as he wanted to be King of the World, and at the same time, him being strong enough to see Roger team up with Garp.
