There is no shortage of powerful characters inOne Piece. In every arc, Oda introduces new characters who are armed with extraordinary abilities with which they can lay waste to entire cities. With such stiff competition, it’s almost impossible to stand out. However, the Monster Trio of the Straw Hat Pirates have accomplished many noteworthy feats, which have helped them to stand above the competition.
The Monster Trio Have Many Powerful Abilities
The Monster Trio Can Turn The Tide Of Battle With Their Strength
One Piece fans alreadyknow that the Monster Trio consists of Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, and Sanji. They are the strongest fighters within the crew, and they are called the Monster Trio due to their overwhelming power. Each member of the trio possesses strong abilities, which allow them to fight against dangerous opponents.
As the captain, Luffy is the strongest individual within the crew. He possesses all three types of Haki, and, on top of that, he can use the Advanced versions as well. Luffy also has the power of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, which is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit. It enables him to transform into the Sun God and bolsters his physical abilities as well.
Zoro and Sanji are only second to their captain in terms of strength. They have been heralded as the ‘wings of the Pirate King,’ which implies that they’re both equal.While Zoro and Sanji are akin in terms of strength, they have vastly different fighting styles. Zoro is a swordsman who utilizes a three-sword style in fights. He has learned to use Armament and Observation Haki but still needs to master the use of Conqueror’s Haki. Zoro’s stamina and endurance are also impressive.
Sanji primarily fights using his legs. Over time, he has developed new fighting styles that make use of his extraordinary body. Fans already know that Vinsmoke Judge performed experiments on Sanji, which led to the latter’s body being genetically modified. As a result of Judge’s experiments, Sanji’s physical abilities are superior to those of a regular human being. His body can withstand hotter temperatures, which has helped him create Ifrit Jambe. After assessing the abilities of all three, it’s quite clear that the Monster Trio is extremely powerful, but Oda has already revealed a stronger group.
The Rocks Pirates' Trio Is Stronger Than The Monster Trio
Recently, Oda revealed how the Rocks Pirates came into existence. Rocks D. Xebec fought in Davy Black fights and recruited new crewmates.While the Rocks Pirates didn’t have a dedicatedtrio, three people stood out the most. These were:
Out of all the characters, it seems that Oda puts more focus on these three. In terms of strength, it’squite apparent that the Rocks Pirates' trioare far superior to the Monster Trio. Rocks was a skilled swordsman, whose sword attacks were said to have enough power to destroy the Gates of Justice. In addition to his elite swordsmanship, Rocks had potent Haki. Whitebeard and Shiki were not as strong as Rocks, but they were still considered dangerous pirates by the World Government.
The Monster Trio Will Surpass Everyone
Luffy, Sanji, And Zoro Have A Lot Of Potential
The Monster Trio still has room to improveand grow stronger. All three have big dreams that can only be realized if they’re strong enough to overcome their opponents. Luffy still needs to master his Devil Fruit Awakening and overcome its side effects.
Zoro has to train more to master his Conqueror’s Haki. After doing so, he can possibly blacken his blades and even increase their grades. Finally, Oda needs to give Sanji Conqueror’s Haki. If he doesn’t, Sanji will have to come up with another technique to make up for it. Either way, it’s inevitable that the Monster Trio will surpass all other groups.
