Pokemon Legends: Z-Awill transport players back to the Kalos region, first introduced inPokemon X and Y, and will feature a real-time combat system for the first time in the series. During the Pokemon Presents livestream on July 22,Pokemon Legends: Z-A’s pre-order bonuseswere revealed, with those snagging the game early on either the Switch or Switch 2 entitled to both a Ralts holding a Gardevoirite stone and 100 Poke Balls after spending an hour in the title. Players who have been waiting to buy Nintendo’s new console until the game’s release may be in luck, as a new bundle will streamline the process.

In a new Twitter post, Nintendo revealed a new Switch 2 bundle featuring a full game download ofPokemon Legends: Z-A, which will go on sale on October 16. Pre-orders aren’t yet available, but the bundle will cost $499.99 when sales begin. While the set is sure to be a hit when it releases, some fans and collectors may be disappointed to learn that the upcomingSwitch 2 bundle will only include a digital codeinstead of a physical copy of the game. Some users in the comments are already disappointed that the bundle doesn’t include new Joy-Con colors or a unique Pokemon-inspired design for the console itself.
