Bakugo Becomes The Number 5 Hero
Finally, at the end of the story, fans find out thatBakugo is actually the Number 5 Hero in Japan. This was confirmed directly by Horikoshi in the one-shot. After seeing Deku rise through the ranks, Bakugo ended up working harder and rose higher in the chart. While he holds the rank of #5, he is actually the strongest Hero right now, as confirmed by Horikoshi himself. Here’s what the Ultra Age Fanbook says about Bakugo:
A boy who aspires to be the number one hero. He has a rough and aggressive personality but a genius talent for fighting. He feels a strong rivalry with his childhood friend Izuku due to his rapid growth, but gradually begins to acknowledge his abilities. After his graduation, he becomes a sidekick under Jeanist, and then goes independent. His abilities are said to be equal to or even greaterthan those of Lemillion, but he can’t get rid of his rough behavior and is struggling to rise in the rankings. When he teams up with others, his reputation mysteriously rises. He is often loved by the senior Heroes. — MHA Ultra Age Fanbook

My Hero Academia
Cast
In My Hero Academia, some humans have superpowers called quirks. Izuku Midoriya, nicknamed Deku, is not one of them. Deku has always idolized heroes like the number one hero, All Might, and since he was a child, he has always wanted to be a hero. However, his lack of a quirk has always held him back, but a chance encounter with All Might after discovering a classmate in danger sets Deku on the path to becoming a true hero. My Hero Academia centers around Deku and a class of heroes-in-training at UA. This school shapes young quirk users into future heroes through fake rescue missions, combat training, and other hero-tempering tasks. With young Deku inheriting the “One-For-All” quirk, he will learn what it means to be a true hero while facing off with dastardly supervillains.
