Mojang Studios has recently made a major change to the Bedrock Edition ofMinecraft, finally allowing gamers to gain Achievements even when they are playing using add-ons. Now, Mojang has unveiled anew updateforMinecraft: Bedrock Edition, which allows gamers who have add-ons installed to earn achievements, something that they were not able to do before. Unfortunately, achievements cannot be retroactively gained this way, and players will have to perform the necessary tasks again if they want to get one they have missed. The developers believe that this change will allow gamers to customize their gameplay while still being able to get the whole experience of playing the sandbox game, which includes trying to earn achievements. While the developer acknowledged that some add-ons could be used to get achievements easily, they have also put new policies in place to prohibit creators from devising add-ons that are specifically made to gain achievements.
