In a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games revealed that it will be making somehero balance adjustmentsas part of an update scheduled to release on July 17. The adjustments appear to be aimed at rebalancingWolverine inMarvel Rivals, as the developers feel he’s causing Vanguard players too much grief. In an effort to balance the hero, the developers are reducing the amount of lifesteal he receives from his team-up with Phoenix. The cooldown on his regenerative ability has also been increased, making him a little less durable in a fight. The maximum damage potential from his Berserk Claw Strike is also reduced.

To restore balance and keep the fight epic, we’re nerfing Wolverine’s Team-Up Ability and dialing down his threat level against the Vanguards in this update.
We’ll keep a close eye on the hero ecosystem and your battles, so stay tuned for more balance adjustments in future updates.
