Wuchang: Fallen Feathershas a lot of key items players will need to collect in order toprogress to later areas. While the game gives some direction on where to go, there is no map to work with or menus to help give you ideas on where to look for important items.
Lightzen Temple is the third main area you’ll reach after defeating the first boss of the game. Here, you’ll come across a locked gate that will keep you from progressing. That gate can only be opened with the Lightzen Key, and before searching, you may want to level up, as a boss is holding this key.
Where to Find the Lightzen Key in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
To find the Lightzen Key, start from the Lightzen Shrine located in the center of the temple, which you can alsofast travelto from another shrine if necessary.Turn around and to the steps leading upward, following them up and through the building to the courtyard on the other side. In that courtyard will be two enemies, one lying down on the ground to the right of where you enter, who will stand up and attack you from behind while you fight the first.
Look to the right side of the courtyard to find a gold chest holding a Lost Remembrance.
Continue through the courtyard to the other side, where you’ll find a path leading down and around the next building of the Shrine. On the far end of this building will be another courtyard, though this time that is a boss room, so be sure to heal up before entering. The Lightzen Key isdropped by defeating Master Raider - Man-eating Dhutanga.
Tips for Fighting Master Raider - Man-Eating Dhutanga
Thanks to the size of his weapon, Master Raider is a bit slower than Wuchang. For the first half of the fight, he won’t use anything wild and out of the ordinary, as he has a few basic swings and a jump. Whenever he does jump, make sure youdodge towards himas he can take just a few seconds to turn around, leaving him open to a few hitsdepending on your weapon.
Weararmor that gives good fire resistance, as he will ignite his weapon halfway through the fight. This only adds fire damage to his attacks, and as long as the icon on Wuchang doesn’t fill up, you won’t be inflicted by burn. He also only has a chance of igniting his weapon, and if you stay close and keep attacking him, you can distract him enough to not ignite the weapon, and keep the second half of the fight easier.
How to Use the Lightzen Key in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
If you stumbled across the boss andbeat himto earn the key and are now looking for what it opens, return to the Lightzen Temple Shrine.
