Thederpy blue tigerand its companion, thecrow in a hat, were two of the most remarkable characters in the movie. They wereadorable and hilarious comic reliefs that never overstayed their welcome or felt annoying, either to Rumi or the audience. In the movie’s very last shot, it is revealed that, even though all the demons were sealed away, the derpy tiger and the crow are still alive in the human world.
This one shot implied that Rumi most likely kept them as pets, while also confirming that not all the demons were eliminated, which may have some sort of significance in the future. However, it is also completely possible that demons exist in other countries as well, but the movie never confirmed it. Furthermore, the idea ofHuntr/x visiting neighboring Asian countries and fighting their own version of demons in a sequel sounds really exciting, and it would also give the filmmakers an excuse to explore other music genres from the continent, like J-Pop or C-Pop.
