Balloon 1
In the next combat area, look up at the tall pillar on the right closest to DK when you walk in to find an enemy with a balloon attached to it. Just defeat it to collect the first balloon of the course.
Balloon 2
Once you get to the Second Scrappin' Ground, get past the first section with the bombs using your Charge Punch to destroy the creatures that resemble a snake. Enter the doorway to reach the second area. Break the bombs on the right side of the area to reveal a hidden alcove you can smash through to reach the balloon.

Balloon 3
Once you reach the second part of the Third Scrappin' Ground, you will see a suspicious cube on the far right. Punch through it (while it’s not spiky thorns) to find the nexthidden balloon in Kong Elder’s Rehearsal.
Banana 5 - Past the Third Scrappin' Ground
Just complete the third Scrappin' Ground section by letting the enemies drop to their deaths.
Banana 6 - Wallop and Destroy
Once you grab Banana #5, turn left to find yet another side area. You can lure the enemies to their doom by making the heavy void doors fall on top of them.
Balloon 4
