Ju Fufu is a playable Fire character inZenless Zone Zero. Although she’s a Stun character, Ju Fufu has a lot of supportive abilities in her kit, such as increasing her team’s Crit DMG and Ultimate DMG. 50% Energy Regen
R5 Effect
For every 10 Energy accumulated, the equipper’s Impact is increased by 3.2%, stacking up to 8 times. After Energy is consumed, this bonus remains for 8 more seconds. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.
Steam Ovengives Ju Fufu a lot of Energy, allowing her to cast her EX Special Attack more often. It also grants her a decent amount of Impact, which improves herrole as a Stun character inZZZ.
That being said, there are no 4-star Stun W-Engines that really work with Ju Fufu since she needs a lot of ATK% and Crit Rate for her kit to work.
For that, it’s better to go with Attack W-Engines likeMarcato Desire, for its Crit Rate Sub-stat, or one that has an ATK% Sub-stat. Ju Fufu won’t get their passives, but at least she’ll get a nice Sub-stat because Stun W-Engines don’t have a good one for her.
Effect
While off-field, the equipper’s Energy Regen increases by 0.6/s.
When using an EX Special Attack, the equipper’s Impact is increased by 10% for 10s, stacking up to 2 times. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.
As a Stun unit, Ju Fufu can work with Impact and Energy Regen. However, they’re not her most important stats, as she needs a lot of ATK and Crit Rate to be able to support her team properly. If players don’t haveHellfire Gears, it’s better tostick with 4-star W-Enginesinstead of getting them.
24% Crit Rate
When the equipper hits an enemy with Aftershock, causing Electric DMG, the target’s DEF is reduced by 25% for 5s. Passive effects of the same name do not stack. When this effect is triggered, if the equipper is not the active character, they gain 1 stack of Spirit Lock, up to a maximum of 3 stacks. This can trigger only once per use of a skill. Each stack of Spirit Lock increases the equipper’s Impact by 4%, lasting 12s. The duration of each stack is calculated separately. At full stacks of Spirit Lock, the equipper’s Impact increases by an additional 8%.
Ju Fufu can’t triggerSpectral Gaze’s passive effect since the passive requires the wielder to deal Electric DMG. It’s too bad, as Ju Fufu would’ve been insanely powerful as a support if she could reduce enemies’ DEF through Spectral Gaze’s passive. However, Ju Fufu can still get a 24% Crit Ratefrom the W-Engine’s sub-stat, which is beneficial for the King of the Summit Drive Discs set that requires her to reach a 50% Crit Rate.
18% Impact
Upon launching a Quick Assist or Perfect Assist, the equipper’s Impact increases by 25% for 8s. When the equipper launches and hits an enemy with a Basic Attack, apply Wilt to the target for 30s, stacking up to 20 times, repeated triggers reset the duration. When any squad member hits an enemy, for every stack of Wilt applied to the target, the CRIT DMG of the Ice DMG and Fire DMG dealt by that attack increases by 1.5%. Only one of this effect can be active at a time in the same squad.
Blazing Laurelis another niche choice for Ju Fufu since it allows her only to buff Ice andFire characters inZenless Zone Zero. If her team doesn’t have any Ice or Fire DMG, then Blazing Laurel isn’t an ideal option since it doesn’t give her anything she needs.
30% ATK
The Daze dealt by the equipper’s EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Ultimate increases by 28%.
When using a Chain Attack or Ultimate to deal Fire DMG, the DMG dealt by all squad members increases by 10%, stacking up to 2 times and lasting 30s. The duration of each stack is calculated separately. Triggers once per use of a skill. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.
Roaring Fur-naceis the best W-Engine for Ju Fufu inZenless Zone Zero; it’s the only W-Engine that works perfectly and synergizes with her entire gameplay. Itincreases the Daze dealtby Ju Fufu’s primary damage sources and allows her to provide a buff for the entire team.
