DandadanSeason 2 got off to a strong start. Ever since the conclusion of the first season, fans had been waiting patiently to see what would happen to Okarun, Momo, and Jiji.
In the season one finale, Momo was attacked by some very odd people. The scene was quite bothersome, especially since it showed several grown men attacking a teenage girl. Viewers were worried about what would transpire, and they finally got theiranswer in the first episode of season 2.
Dandadan Season 2 Episode 1 Was Incredible
The new episode showed Momofighting back against the assailants. Despite their numerical advantage, she did a stellar job of keeping them at bay. Momo did struggle towards the end, but she was bailed out by the authorities. After getting away from the hot spring, she went to seek out tsuchinoko. Upon reaching the location of the tsuchinoko, Momo is disappointed to learn that it’s nothing but old snake skin. The person in charge of the item tells Momo that it was a ruse to gain the attention of the tourists. Disappointed, Momo decides to leave and goes to Jiji’s house.
While Momo was dealing with the assailants,Jiji and Okarun were confrontedby the Kito family. Jiji tells Okarun that the Kito family are the landlords, and they are letting him live for free. However, it becomes increasingly obvious that the Kito Family is up to no good. When Momo reached Jiji’s place, she was shocked to find Okarun and Jiji all beaten up.

It didn’t take long for Naki, the leader of the Kito Family, to attack Momo. The latter used her powers to avoid any serious damage, but the Naki nearly knocked out the young girlwith Jennifer Lopez Anaconda, which is a bizarre name for an attack. But one cannot doubt theeffectiveness of Jennifer Lopez Anaconda, as Momo was sent flying through the wall and into a hidden room that was covered with quicksand.

Momo tried using her psychic abilities to get out, but the Kito family stopped her from doing so. Just when things were looking grim, Jiji and Okarun jumped at the Kito family, and eventually, all of them fell through the hidden room. As they fell down, they reached an eerie place that was full of houses. The trio tried to make sense of things, and they soon learned that the giant serpent lord isactually a Mongolian death worm. The Kito family tried to appease the creature, but they ended up being devoured by it.
Dandadan Season 2 Episode 2 Will See The Heroes Fight The Mongolian Death Worm
Judging from the preview of the next episode, it looks like Jiji will have a pivotal role to play. Out of the three, he was the only one who seemed capable of maintaining his cool. Since Okarun and Momo look to be unfit for combat, Jiji will have to take charge and help his friends.
Dandadan Season 2 Episode 2 preview showedmore members of the Kito family, and it looked like they were praying to the Mongolian death worm. Since they consider the creature nothing less than a deity, they will do anything in their power to verify that it receives the sacrifices. So, they will interfere with Jiji’s rescue of Momo and Okarun. The preview also shows a mysterious individual with a rather creepy smile. Currently, it is unknown whether it is related to the Mongolian death worm or whether it is a separate entity altogether.
