Summary

You know what’s wild? It’s been fifty years sinceJawsmade an entire generation afraid of swimming in anything deeper than a kiddie pool, and we’re still obsessing over shark teeth. There’s something almost primal about it—maybe it’s Quint’s Indianapolis speech, maybe it’s that whole “tooth the size of a shot glass” line, or maybe we just never got over the fact that Bruce the mechanical shark looked more convincing than half the CGI monsters Hollywood cranks out today.

Whatever the reason, Fanattik Collectibles decided the 50th anniversary needed a proper commemorative chomp, and honestly? They might be onto something here. Let’s take a look at what’s cooking in this little house of horrors.

A Tooth For A Tooth: Fanattik’s Bite-Sized Collectible

Alright, so what we have here is an embossed metal replica of a great white tooth. It measures roughly 3.5 by 2.75 inches, and the antique silver finish gives it that weathered, fossilized look that screams “museum piece” - which is exactly the vibe this kind of collectible should be hitting.

The piece is limited to 1,975 pieces worldwide, obviously nodding to the film’s 1975 release date. The front gives you that raw fossil texture that looks like it could’ve been pulled from some prehistoric dig site, while the reverse hits you with the blood-red enamel 50th anniversary logo. The edge serrations are even sculpted, so you get that gnarly, predatory look.

The presentation package knows what it’s doing too. Full-color book-style case with that classic 1975 poster art—the blue water, the shark lurking beneath, all that iconic imagery that’s been burned into pop culture consciousness for half a century. Inside, you get an Amity Island postcard-style art card that doubles as a certificate of authenticity, and your individual number is laser-etched right onto the tooth itself.

Quick side note, there’s no stand included, which means if you want this thing displayed upright, you’re going to need to source your own coin easel or shadow box setup. UK buyers can grab it for £19 to £20 depending on retailer, while US customers are looking at about $30. once you factor in import duties and retailer markups.

Shipping starts in November 2025, with the usual caveats about international shipping being what it is these days. It also works out because Universal just dropped their4K 50th Anniversary edition, and there’s a whole wave of premium Jaws merchandise hitting the market as we speak. This tooth slots nicely into that ecosystem.

If you’re a hardcore Jaws fan or someone who appreciates well-made movie collectibles, this tooth is for you. Unless you aren’t, in which case I’m going to do my best Nicholson and tell you…you can’t handle the tooth.
