Lyrics is datebale #58 inDate Everythingand has a passion for everything literature. If you’re looking to get a specific ending with him, you’ll need to make sure you’re picking your dialogue choices carefully, otherwise you can lock yourself out of one and destine yourself for a life of Lyric hatred. In this guide, I’ll explain where to find Lyric inDate Everything, how to get his ‘Love,’ ‘Friends,’ and ‘Hate’ endings, and his realization recipe requirements, so you can set them free from the house.
Where to Find Lyric in Date Everything
He Is His Passion
Lyric can be interacted with by using your Dateviators on any of the books or magazines in the house. You can find some lying around on the coffee table in the living room, or on a shelf in your bedroom closet, for example.
How to Romance Lyric in Date Everything
To get Lyric’s ‘Love’ ending, you need to help him write the best book possible. This happens during your second interaction with him. The choices you make for his book will determine the ending you get, with the ‘correct’ choices getting you his ‘love’ ending. To help make sure you don’t make a wrong step along the way, I’ve included every dialogue choice I made in each interaction with him to get his ‘Love’ ending below.
First Interaction
Second Interaction
It’s ok to go slightly off from the dialogue choices above, as long as you don’t use the incredibly silly or nonsensical, narrative-breaking choices instead. As long as what you’re suggesting make some sort of sense, you can still achieve Lyric’s ‘Love’ ending. However, if you just want to guarantee you romance him, use the options above.
Fourth Interaction
How to Get Lyric’s ‘Friends’ and ‘Hate’ Endings in Date Everything
Getting Lyric’s two other endings is pretty straightforward, as you can simply choose a dialogue option in the fourth interaction to pivot off the ‘Love’ ending and onto the ‘Friends’ ending.
Friends
To become friends with Lyric, rather than choosing the ‘Anything for you… my love!’ dialogue option in the fourth interaction, choose ‘I’ll always help you, buddy. You’re so creative!’ This will make sure Lyric doesn’t get the wrong idea, and just sees you as a supportive friend instead of a love interest and inspiration for a romantic novel.
Hate
To make Lyric hate you, choose completely nonsensical dialogue options when helping him write his own story. Flip from one narrative to another, bring pirates into the action for no reason, and don’t take it seriously at all. When Celia, Wallace, and Florence all say that the book is no good, tell him he should publish it anyway. The following day, he’ll claim that you’ve tried to sabotage him and will hate you for making him look like a fool of the literary world.
If you decide to fool around with your suggestions to Lyric the first time, you can always choose to not publish his book after the review and start over. Alternatively, you can see his ‘Hate’ ending through to the end and thenuse a Candy from Keithto have another try.
