Where to Find Kopi
Brewing Up a Hot Cup of Joe
Kopi is the coffee machine found just to the right ofDishy the dishwasherin the kitchen. They’re found on the worktop right against the wall.
As with other characters, you don’t need to interact with the coffee machine in any special way. Just equip your Dateviators and ‘scan’ the coffee machine to make Kopi appear.
How to Romance Kopi in Date Everything
Kopi’s questline takes a lot of time to work through, as you’ll need to try each of the three different types of coffee — Latte, Affogatto, and Irish Coffee — that they offer at least four times, ask each of the questions associated with them, correctly answer their trivia the fourth time you order the drink, and then support her as she goes independent.
As long as you remain positive and enthusiastic about coffee during these initial 12 visits to Kopi, you’ll remain on track to romance them. However, you must also answer each type of coffee’s trivia question correctly to impress them, show you were paying attention, and build up a strong relationship.
Speaking to Kopi right before you go to bed will causeNightmare to appear when you go to sleep. This is the only way to trigger Nightmare to appear once they’ve visited you the first time.

Kopi won’t offer you an Irish Coffee the first time you speak to them. However, this is automatically unlocked after a couple of interactions.
After the Trivia Questions Interaction
After you’ve answered the question about each coffee correctly, you’ll be able to advance with the questline. I’ll break down the dialogue options I used to romance Kopi below for each interaction. This started around the 11th interaction for me.

How to Get Kopi’s Friends and Hate Endings in Date Everything
Kopi’s friend and hate endings are fairly straightforward to get, as one requires you to just completely flunk her trivia questions and show a complete lack of interest in coffee, and the other is a case of just choosing a different dialogue option right towards the end of the romance dialogue options shared above.
Friends
To be friends with Kopi, you just need to choose the ‘I think it would be best if we just stayed friends,’ dialogue option when she asks if you think you could be more than just barista and customer.
Hate
To get the hate ending with Kopi, intentionally get the coffee trivia questions wrong, and show a complete lack of interest in coffee in general. You’ll also want to be dismissive of her desire to go independent. This will result in Kopi disliking you as you have little in common.
Kopi’s Realization Recipe in Date Everything
To realize Kopi, you’ll first need to haveunlocked the ability to realize charactersby romancing 10 different characters. Once this is done, you can then choose to speak to Kopi after romancing them or becoming friends, and choosing the option to realize them.
