You can place a sign just about anywhere on a flat surface, even if it has an incline or not. To place a Sign,hold down on the D-Padto open up the sign menu and choose which icon you want to place down. Signs are really only icons chosen from a set list, that are placed exactly where Sam is standing at the time of opening the menu.
With the menu open, use the right joystick to hover over which type of icon you want to use, then use R1 and L1 to decide which icon you want to place from that group. You can place as many signs as you’d like, with each oneshowing your player ID and Porter titleto anyone who gets close to it.
Signs can also be deleted by standing near them and holding the menu button.

Unfortunately, you’re able to’t check the likes of an individual Sign from a distance, but if you find the Signin your world, you can see how many likes it has. Outside of that option, you can check theSocial Strand Service and go to Gameplay Statisticsto see how many likes you’ve gotten total, though it won’t break it down by Sign.
