Accept the Fable and start looking for a fairy to complete it.
Once you find one,ask them for a Bottle of Emotionand then deliver it to Care Ren to complete the Stubborn Misfortune Fable. If the options are not there, attempt to increase your friendship with the fairy and ask again. Finishing the Fable rewards a couple of seeds, and most importantly, a Starseed Teleporter.
