Once you embark on your flight inPEAK, you will, of course, crash-land on an island with nothing on your person. If you look around the wreckage on the beach, you can find a couple of semi-useful items, like flares, a trumpet, and a compass. But one of the moreinterestingitems that you may come across in the crashed plane is a plushie of a creature calledBing Bong.
You can pick up Bing Bong and throw Bing Bong, and you can keep Bing Bong in your inventory, but is there a use for Bing Bong inPEAKother than being a cute toy? Yes, there is!
What is Bing Bong For in Peak?

If you can manage to pick up and carry Bing Bong to the end of your adventure inPEAK, you will earn the Bing Bong Badge. You can actually still get this accolade by playing on the easier difficulty, and it still works if youhave Bing Bong in your backpack; it doesn’t need to be on your person. It’s also worth noting that if you’replayingPEAKwith friends, onlyone of you has to carry Bing Bong to the end for all players to achieve the special badge.
Using the backpack inPEAKisn’t as straightforward as it should be. Just keep in mind that you have to place the bag on the ground before you can stash items inside. So, important items like pitons for climbing cannot be used while they’re in the pack.
Once you return from thePEAKafter saving Bing Bong from the island, you will find yourself with abrand-new hat. And guess what the hat is? It’s Bing Bong’s!
