Specifically, there are now boxes/heaps of floating scrap that can be encountered in the oceans and water bodies across thePalworldislands. By interacting with this floating scrap, players can ‘salvage’ it by using a Powerful Fishing Magnet. It’s also recommended that, if you’re going out to hunt for Coralum Ore, you bring a mount Pal with water-traveling capabilities, as this will enable you to explore much more of the ocean and therefore find more Coralum Ore.
Additionally, Pals can sometimes drop Coralum Ore as an item when caught or defeated in battle. Whalaska is currently the only known Pal who can do so, with the possibility of also droppingIce Organs, Pal Fluids, and Large Pal Souls. If you can find an area where a lot of Whalaska spawn, it may be a quicker method for farming Coralum Ore than searching the ocean waters for it.
