How to Get Multi-Tools in Killing Floor 3

Multi-tools are optional tools that can be purchased andequipped on your loadout or purchased from traders between roundsusing Dosh. Either way, you’ll need Dosh, but the Operational Budgetof every charactershould be just high enough for you to choose bringing Multi-Tools instead of whatever your character’s set tool is. If you’re in a round and in need of a Multi-tool, your only option is to wait between rounds and run to the active trader to buy one for 240 Dosh.

If you still have another tool that hasn’t been used, it will be sold to help with the cost of the Multi-tool.

How to Use Multi-Tools in Killing Floor 3

Once you have a Multi-tool, it will have three potential uses:

EachMulti-tool has three uses, which can be used in whatever combination of the things above you wish. What you use it on may also be determined by the map and what objectives you’re trying to get there, as not all of the things listed above have the same frequency in each map. What is the Best Use for a Multi-Tool?

By far, thebest use is to activate a turret. While they only shoot in about 180 degrees in front of them, they are great at killing almost all kinds of zeds, and their duration isdetermined by bullets fired, so you’ll know you’re getting the most out of activating them. After a turret has shot all its bullets, there will be a cooldown until it activates again. Armor Lockers can also be useful as they can be cheaper than paying to refill your armor, but there is nothing you can buy at the trader that adds another automatic gun to shoot incoming enemies.
