Fortnite’s14 Days of Summer event has kicked off, bringing a newly unvaulted item to the Battle Royale title each day and tasking players with using it in a particular way. The first item that players need to use is the Grapple Glove, and they’ll need to swing consecutively five times without touching the floor. In this guide, I’ll explain everything you need to know on the Grapple Glove location inFortniteSuper, and how to easily swing consecutively five times.
Where to Find the Grapple Glove in Fortnite Super
Get Searching!
The Grapple Glove can be found in chests and as floor loot. I recommend heading to Utopia City for this, as there are a lot of chests in a small area. However, keep in mind that it’s going to be quite busy. As such, if you have a preferred landing spot with plenty of chests and floor loot that’s a little bit quieter, this can also work well for getting the Grapple Glove.
Outside of that, there doesn’t seem to be any guaranteed place players can go where the Grapple Glove willalwaysspawn inFortniteSuper.
The Grapple Gloves will only be available inFortniteuntil 9am ET on June 28, 2025. After this point, they will be vaulted again and replaced by the next weapon in the14 Days of Summer event.
How to Swing with the Grapple Gloves Consecutively Without Touching the Ground in Fortnite
Look for Trees or Tall Structures
The best place to swing with the Grapple Gloves consecutively that I’ve found is alongside the long bridge at Shining Span. Start swinging from one end and make your way to the other end. If you’ve not swung five times by the time you reach end, let go at a high point to give yourself plenty of air and time to turn around, and then work your way back down the bridge.
The reason Shining Span is such a good spot to swing consecutively is that the large drop from the bridge to the water gives you an easy way of avoiding touching the ground, and it’s also relatively quiet.
However, swinging consecutively can be done pretty easily anywhere where there are a lot of buildings, structures, or large terrain that you can grapple onto. Flooded Frogs is another good location, thanks to all the trees around it, which you can grapple to. This makes it incredibly easy to find something else to grab onto before you touch the floor.
Keep swinging here until the quest is completed and you’ve earned the 5,000 XP.
