Date Everythingis a quirky dating simulator that features over 100 Dateable characters. This isn’t the typical dating simulator, as all the romance options are literally based on furniture. Thanks to a pair of technologically advanced sunglasses, players can see and interact with the personifications of their household possessions.
Almost every item in the house can be scanned with the Dateviators, but some are more obscure than others. Deenah is a unique character inDate Everything, and players may not find them where they are expecting. So, here’s how to find Deenah and romance them.
How to Find Deenah in Date Everything
Dateable 68
Deenah is listed as Dateable 68 inDate Everything. After players finish the tutorial, they are free to explore every corner of their house. Their main objective is todiscover all the eligible objects, form a relationship with them, and bring them back to life. There are three types of relationships players can form with Dateables:
Earning one of these relationship statuses results in players earning stat points towards one of their SPECS points. SPECS stands for Smarts, Poise, Empathy, Charm, and Sass. These are required for players to Realize objects and turn them into humans bycompleting their Realization Recipe.
Deenah is a special case inDate Everything, because her personality is based on what feels like an inside joke made by the devs. Talking to Deenah reveals a curious fact: they are a Dateable who didn’t make the game’s final cut. Players will first hear about Deenahif they ask Bedroom Dorianabout the Dateables in the bedroom. He warns them that Deenah is a little odd, which is a slight understatement.
Players will find Deenah by scanning the dresser in their bedroom. Usually, a Dateable appears when players scan, but in Deenah’s case, all they get is a message that seems to be a bunch of keyboard smashing. A similar occurrence takes place the next time they scan them. It isn’t until players scan the dresser for a third time that they make progress with the Dateable, and they are added to the Date-A-Dex. Deenah appears as Daemon, a flickering, data-based humanoid thatlooks like something out ofCyberpunk.
Socializing with Deenah/Daemon is different from socializing with other Dateables. There are no positive or negative responses, as everything is word fragments or repeated clicking. Players will also get the “New Dateable Added” message three times. Then, they can decide on the relationship status they want with Deenah/Daemon and will automatically earn SPECS points towards the Smarts stat. Their dresser starts flickering and looking unstable from that point on. If players keep interacting with Deenah/Daemon, they’ll get a few more mildly frustrating and glitchy interactions. They can also change their relationship status with Deenah/Daemon at any point once a day.
If they trigger the Hate relationship with Deenah, they can prompt Reggie to appear. Reggie is another Dateable who appears if players get rejected.
Overall, finding and dating Deenah isn’tthe most romantic Dateable inDate Everything. However, players can still take advantage of the free SPECS points and enjoy some punny conversation that is only slightly infuriating.
