What are Ailments in The Sims 4: Enchanted By Nature?
Ailments,similar to illnesses inGet to Work, are magical sicknesses with peculiar side effects. Once a Sim contracts an Ailment, they will receive special moodlets, but it can also affect other Sims. Sims can get Ailments in a few different ways:
Sims with Ailments usually develop physical symptoms, such as unique markings or auras. Players can use these indicators to decide whether to avoid them, as some of the Ailments are contagious.
How to Cure Ailments in The Sims 4: Enchanted By Nature
Ailments can be treated in various ways. They subside over time, but if the symptoms are too difficult to manage, players can use Elixirs to cure them. Elixirs can be bought or crafted using an Apothecary Table. As Sims increase their Apothecary Skill, they will unlock more cures and Elixirs.
Fairy Sims can also cure Ailmentsusing one of the abilities from the Fairy Skill Tree.
Players can also buy Elixirs to cure Ailments from the Innisgreen Apothecary. Elixirs require special ingredients, and Sims can forage for or purchase them at the Apothecary Table. Sims can get more familiar with Ailments and their symptoms by joining the Naturopath Career. Sims can treat clients from home by examining them and giving them a cure.

Burning Passion Ailment
Sims get a Flirty moodlet and may set objects around them on fire.
Creation Impulse Ailment
Sims get an almost uncontrollable urge, or itch, to docreative things like Paintingor Woodwork.
Greenie Meanie Ailment
Sims gain an affinity for plants, but have random, angry outbursts that make other Sims uncomfortable.
Sonic Sinuses Ailment
Sims break objects when they sneeze, but they gain a boost in repair speed and Handiness skill gain.
Sims attract good and evil gnomes.
Luck Magnet Ailment
Sims get good luck by pulling Luck from the Sims around them and making their Luck worse.
Emotional Void Ailment
Sims' emotions are dampened, and this has a similar effect on those around them.

Players can also cure Ailments with a Fairy ability on the Skill Tree and by crafting the Holistic Cure; both of which are more instantaneous.
