How To Unlock Utility Pouch in Death Stranding 2
After completing Order 16, you will connect theNorthern Environmental Observatoryto the Chiral Network. Your next step should be toincrease the connection levelwith this facility to Level 3. An easy way to increase the connection level is bycompleting any available Standard or Sub-Ordersthat the facility offers. You can alsobring back any lost cargo you findduring your deliveries for this specific facility. To locate lost cargo, simplyuse the Odradek arm to scan the area—the cargo will be highlighted for a few seconds, allowing you to pinpoint its location and pick it up.

As carrying multiple Blood Bags is essential for combat scenarios,the Utility Pouch helps manage themso they aren’t a burden on Sam. Without the pouch, Sam has to carry the bags as cargo boxes on his back. While each bag doesn’t weigh much,having several can make it harder to balance your cargo, especially when combined with delivery items.The Utility Pouch solves this by letting you carry eight Blood Bags.
One of the best things about the pouch is that it can also hold eightHigh-Capacity Blood Bags, which unlock after reachingconnection level 3 with The Motherhood. With so many Blood Bags available, you’ll rarely need to fabricate new ones or deal with cargo management.
It is important to note that one Utility Pouch is more than enough, giving you ample space to add other components to your backpack, like theChiral Antigravity Device, which increases carrying capacity, or the Spare Ammo Container for extra ammunition.
