Throughout the player’s exploration ofWuchang: Fallen Feathers, they will come across multiple red-lined stone doors known as Mysterious Gates. These gates offer the player two choices, and upon selecting an option, Wuchang will either be teleported to a new location or the gate will open, revealing something behind it.
There are multiple riddle doors, and choosing the wrong option may cause players to miss out on a trophy/achievement in their current playthrough. Here are the locations of all the riddle doors and how to answer them correctly inWuchang: Fallen Feathers.
How to Answer All Riddles Correctly in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
Riddle Door in Worship’s Rise
The first riddle dooris located inside theTang Emperor Palace, right before the second encounter with theTang Palace Maid,and findingthePalace Hillshrine. You will get the following two choices when you interact with the gate:
The second option teleports you to theLotus Pond, where you can find theBoatmanand talk to him. However, for the sake of the trophy, you must choose the first option, which will give you theSheng - Lasting Alacrity(Benediction).
Riddle Door in Cloudspire
Soon after defeatingCommander Honglanand acquiring theReverent Temple Key, you will need to make your way through the gate inside the temple and go through a mine. When you reach theHillswatch shrinein Cloudspire, you will findthe second riddle doorin plain sight. The options you get when interacting with the gate are:
The first option teleports you to a path that leads to theMort Grotto shrine. This area is not exclusive to the shrine and also doesn’t count toward the trophy, soyou must choose the second option. Upon doing so, you will find a small secret area in the mine where you can getKong Wine×1 and theBridal Armor Set.
It is important to note that after going past thePoint of No Return,you will be unable to interact with theseMysterious Gates, so it is best to choose an option before that.
Riddle Door in Bo Capital
After exploring the fifth region of the game, you will soon come across theDepths of the Capitalshrine andthe third riddle doornext to it. Interact with it to get the following options:
The second option teleports you to theShrine Dwelling area, where you may fight theDemon of Obsessionand alsoreform the Causality Key, which is required for an ending. If you want theSage trophy/achievement, you will need to choose the first option, which opens the door. Inside, you can find theBoatman, who will give you theRen - Blood Vigor(Benediction).
