FortniteChapter 6 Season 3 is approaching its final weeks, and it has definitely been a great run. Players diving in have had the chance to wieldunique items like Storm Beast’s Pom Poms, along with a roster of distinctive weapons. However, as the season nears its end, there’s still one more massive update to close things out with a bang.
The Summer Road Trip Event has launched inFortnite,marking yet another collaboration withRocket League, another free-to-play title that players can enjoy. By progressing through the event in both games, players can earn a wide range of rewards, most of which are free cosmetics forFortnite, including a free car.Here is a guide to everything you need to know about the Summer Road Trip Event inFortnite.
The first set of quests that players need to completetakes the form of XP milestones, which alternate between earning XP in Epic-made and Creator-made experiences. Each quest consists of five stages andrequires players to be in a party with others to make progress.Because of this, if players go in solo, any XP they earn during that time will not count.
Each stage of the quests starts at 80,000 XP, with the milestone increasing for each subsequent stage.Additional quests will also roll out each day until July 28and can be completed until the event ends on August 7. These quests can be tracked by heading to the Summer Road Trip Quests section in the Quests tab. Here are all the rewards players can earn:

On top of grinding XP inFortnite, players can alsohead over toRocket Leagueand complete two specific challengesto unlock the free League Balloon Glider and the Hairpin Outfit. These quests are part of theRocket LeagueSummer Road Trip Event and are not visible inFortniteitself.

How to Get the Free Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Car in Fortnite
To unlock the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Car inFortnitefor free, players will need tocomplete eight total Party Up Summer Road Trip Quests inFortnite. Once completed, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Car will be unlocked andcan be equipped as a Sports Car Skinin the player’s locker. The Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 will alsotransfer over toRocket Leagueif both games use the same Epic Games account.
In addition to the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Car, players will also receive exclusive items as part of the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Bundle. Here’s a rundown of all the rewards included:
The Summer Road Trip Event will run until August 7 at 2 AM ET.After this point, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Bundle will debut in theFortniteItem Shop. However, the Item Shop version of the bundle will not include the ZR1 Circuit Decal, which is exclusive to the event.
