The fan actually got work started before the game went offline, saying that they had a server emulation project in the works starting in December 2024. However, the project has now seen a significant advancement, withRenian releasing a new gameplay videodemonstrating multiplayer matches working in the game. The voices and card animations work as they should, and are heard and visible to both players.
Elder Scrolls Legends Reborn Isn’t Ready Yet
While fans are already excited to get their hands on the game again, Renian has tempered expectations by explaining that the game isn’t ready for primetime, and that it doesn’t have a release date yet. At the moment, the multiplayer match demonstrated is creating decks at random for players.
