Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Summer Sizzle mini-event is in full swing, inviting you to kick back around the campfire with Valley villagers and cook up many marshmallows. Like the game’sprevious End of Summer event, there are all kinds of ways to take part inDisney Dreamlight Valley’s 2025 Summer Sizzle event, running fromJuly 2 to July 22. This includes collecting pink and blue marshmallows, completing village duties to obtain some special rewards, crafting summer-themed furniture, and more.

Disney Dreamlight Valley 2025 Summer Sizzle Event Guide
One of the first things to do to get started with theDisney Dreamlight ValleySummer Sizzle event is togo marshmallow hunting, as you’ll need plenty of them for the event duties and crafting. During the Summer Sizzle event, you can findpink marshmallows in bushes around the Plazaevery 30 minutes andblue marshmallowson the ground in the following biomes:
You can collect between 1 and 4 blue marshmallows around every 5 minutes, with up to 12 appearing in the above biomes at a time.
Once you’ve gathered plenty of pink and blue marshmallows, there are a few different things you can do with them. If you check your mailbox, depending on what you’ve participated in previously, you may also have a bunch of recipes to open specifically for the event, which are:
Summer Sizzle Event Duties and Rewards
First up is completing Summer Sizzle event duties, which involvesharing and savoring some sweetness. The table below details what you need to do to complete these two duties and the rewards you get for completing them:

To make S’mores inDisney Dreamlight Valley, you need x1 Blue Marshmallow, x1 Pink Marshmallow, and x2 Wheat. To make Roasted Marshmallows, you need x2 Blue Marshmallows and x2 Pink Marshmallows.
Summer Sizzle Event Furniture Crafting
The second thing to tick off your Summer Sizzle event list iscrafting summer-themed furniture. Whether it’s your first time taking part in the event or not, you may craft furniture from previous summer events as well as two new additions for 2025, which include the interactiveSummer Crafting Stationand theSizzling BBQ Cooking Station.
