Sins of the Horadrim, theninth seasonal update forDiablo 4, brings the spotlight back onto the ancient scholarly order, culminating in a revamped encounter against Astaroth himself. The update introduces plenty of new features for players to enjoy, including Horadric Spellcraft and Jewels, Escalating Nightmare dungeon runs, and Horadric Strongrooms.
Now, to celebrate the new release, fans can score a free item as well. The Glensoul Arbalest is a brand-new crossbow cosmeticusable by Rogues inDiablo 4, featuring intricate metal details, leather straps, and an understated silver, brown, and green color scheme. Players can earn this cosmetic weapon by watching three hours of any streamer playingDiablo 4from now until July 19. Gamers do not need to ownDiablo 4orVessel of Hatredto earn the drop – simply connecting one’s Twitch and Battle.net account is enough to earn this cosmetic, which will be automatically added to their Wardrobe once claimed.
How to Get Diablo Season 9 Twitch Drops
Interestingly enough, theblog postfor this Twitch Drop refers to the Glensoul Arbalest as the item for “Week 1,” despite being available for just over two weeks. Some previous campaigns have included different items distributed over multiple weeks, though theTwitch Drop forDiablo 4Season 8only had a single item given away for free. It is possible Blizzard could surprise fans with additional items in this campaign, but there is currently no additional information on the subject at present.
Season 9 marks the third of four seasonalDiablo 4updates planned for 2025.
